Writing, bartending, things that are coming, and life

The last month has sucked, but there are a few bright spots.

I’m working on getting two novellas and possibly a collection out by the end of the year. I have a story in an Anthology coming out in the fall. I want to have novella out around the same time. I have two that I can do and smattering of short stories for a collection. I have the cover done for one and I’ll create ones for the other two.

I found kittens in our garage a couple of weeks ago. My wife and the cat mom are taking care of them. My wife checks on them a couple of times a day. They’re doing well. I am very allergic to them and the smell of them in the garage makes my lungs hurt and my eyes burn.

Work has been steady to dead. I know that if the economy tanks it’s good for bars, but I don’t want that for myself.

I’m finishing up a couple of books by Murakami, “In the Miso Soup” and “Audition”.

I’ve wanted to expand my reading into other horror writers, and other writers generally.

I’ll have four things out by the end of the year.
